We want you to love your new pieces, and do our best to show and describe each one as completely and accurately as possible on the website including chips, cracks, and other forms of patina that add to the character of the item. If purchasing from the website, we encourage you to closely, examine the photo of an item and carefully read the description as sales are final. We do not accept returns or allow exchanges on merchandise.
If your order happens to arrive damaged from shipping, please document with photographs of the item, its wrapping, and the package it arrived in and contact us via email at tiffany@atthefarmhouse.com within 2 weeks of delivery date.
